All Motown is operated by Towering Entertainment LLC (registered brand: Sin City Seats). This section explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

8.1 Information We Collect

When you buy or claim tickets, contact us, or sign in, we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, mobile phone number, and the details of your orders and any exchange or refund requests. Card and digital-wallet payments are processed by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers. Our servers also record technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit.

8.2 How We Use It

We use your information to process orders and deliver tickets, send order confirmations, reminders and show-change notices, sign you in, handle exchange and refund requests, answer your questions, prevent fraud, and improve our website. If you subscribe to our emails, we also send you show news and offers by email; every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

8.3 How We Share It

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: the venue, show producer or ticketing platform for the tickets you buy, so your tickets can be issued and you can be checked in; service providers that run our business for us, such as payment processing, website hosting, and email and text-message delivery, only as needed for their service; advertising and analytics partners, as described in 8.4; and authorities when required by law or to protect our customers and our business.

8.4 Advertising & Measurement

We use cookies and similar tools from advertising and analytics partners to understand how people use our websites and to measure whether our ads work. These partners currently include Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads), Microsoft (Clarity, which records how visitors use our pages), and OpenAI (ads in ChatGPT). On some show pages, the show's producer may also use their own advertising tools, such as Meta. These partners may collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and whether you arrived from one of our ads.

When you buy tickets, we may tell an ad platform about the purchase so it can count the sale and help us improve our ads. We send the order amount and a hashed (scrambled) version of your email address, which can be matched to an account on that platform but cannot be read. We may also share a hashed version of your email address with ad platforms so we can show you our ads, or avoid showing them to you. We do not give ad platforms your name, payment details or ticket details.

You can limit this by blocking or clearing cookies in your browser or using your browser's privacy settings, by turning off personalized ads in your Google account, or by contacting us at boxoffice@sincityseats.com to ask us not to share your purchases with ad platforms.

8.5 Text Messages (SMS)

• Program: Sin City Seats ticket and account text messages. We send texts only to customers who agree to receive them: by checking the unchecked text-message box at checkout or on our text sign-in page, or by telling our box office yes when asked.
• What you'll receive: your tickets and order confirmations, sign-in codes, show-day reminders, notices if a show changes, and updates on exchange or refund requests you make. We do not send marketing texts.
• Message frequency: varies with your orders and requests.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• To stop: Reply STOP to any message. You'll get one text confirming you're unsubscribed, and no further texts unless you sign up again.
• For help: Reply HELP, call 702-483-8056, or email boxoffice@sincityseats.com.
• Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your mobile number is shared only with the text-message provider that delivers our messages for us.

8.6 Your Choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us at boxoffice@sincityseats.com or 702-483-8056 to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
